- Access the Eastern New York
Youth Soccer Association (ENYYSA) web site at
www.enysoccer.com .
- On the home page of ENYYSA
click the Risk Management menu item at the top of the page.
- Additional information about
the Risk Management Program, including a description of the program is
available on the page and you are welcome to read any or all of it.
- In the middle of the page
click on the "continue" link
under "If I want to volunteer, how do I get the required background check"
statement.
- Select the Counties United (CUSL)
league. That is the league that our Club is affiliated with.
- Click on the box labeled
“Click Here to Login and Register.”
- Click on “Create an Account.”
- Enter your e-mail and create a
password. This will be used for any further access to the site. Enter your
account information as requested. Click the “Done” button.
- Proceed to entering additional
contact information by clicking “go” on the next page.
- Enter requested contact
information and then hit “Save.”
- Click “Register” on the next
page. A notice will come up indicating that the cost to register is $0.00.
Please click “Register” to proceed.
- Enter requested Previous
Address Information and Risk Management Information. Under Soccer
Information, select “Clarkstown” from the pull down menu for Club and
“Recreational Coach” from the pull down menu for Club Role. Leave the other
fields blank. Click “Continue.”
- Answer the questions on the
next page, providing brief explanations if any questions are answered yes.
Click “Continue” when complete.
- Read the Consent and click
“Agree.”
- Click on the “Check Out”
button to complete the registration.
