Fall Intramural League Registration for the Clarkstown Fall Intramural League will open on April 1. This league is for children that wish to play and participate in soccer in a fun and non-competitive environment without the commitment that participation in our travel program requires. This year, we have expanded the league to allow participation of players in high school. Note, this is a pilot program and high school teams will be formed based on the number on players registering to play. · The league will run on eight weekends starting on September 6 and 7 and ending in early November. · As a non-competitive league we do not keep standings. Each player will receive a participation trophy and a team picture at the end of the season. · Games will be played on Saturdays and Sundays at Felix Festa Middle School. We cannot guarantee which day or what time your child will play. · Children entering grades 1 through 12 in the fall are eligible to play. Boys and girls will play in separate leagues. · Our league is not affiliated with the Town of Clarkstown, thus there are no residency requirements to participate. · Travel team players are not permitted to participate in the Fall Intramural League. · All players are required to have a league uniform, but we will be using the same uniforms as previous years. We will be holding an open house at the Street School Community Center at 31 Zukor Road, New City, NY to address any questions and will have sample uniforms on hand so that sizes can be checked. All registrations for the Fall Intramural League must be done on line. No registrations will be accepted at Street School. Registration and uniform fees are as follows: Registration fee prior to May 1: First child $125.00 Second child $100.00 Third child $80.00 Fourth and beyond Free
Uniform fees: Jersey $20.00 Shorts $15.00 Soccer socks $5.00 Registration closes on May 1, but registrations will be accepted up to and including June 1. Boys and Girls will have tryouts on the same date, but in separate sessions. · All applicants from Rockland, Westchester, Orange County, and New Jersey are welcome. · No experience is necessary to tryout. · Attendance at a minimum of one tryout session is required, but we strongly encourage players to attend both tryout sessions.

All of the Club’s coaches and trainers are licensed by the US Soccer Federation and many have Olympic Development Program coaching experience and are local college and high school coaches. Clarkstown’s policy is that players play in their appropriate age group. Tryout participants should attend the session for their age group. Requests for playing-up are handled on a case-by-case basis and will only be entertained after the tryouts complete. Players and their parents will be contacted after the final tryout session by our coaching staff to discuss three possible outcomes:
Our intent is to advise players of their status as quickly as practical. Click here for Frequently Asked Questions about our premier travel program. For further information or questions about these tryouts or our travel program please email travel@cscsoccer.org .
